Shipping policy

Shipping rates will appear at checkout. We only deliver in New Zealand and cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

If your order is received before 9am Mon-Fri it will be dispatched the same day. If ordered after 9am on Mon-Fri or over the weekend, it will be dispatched on the next business day.

Our courier partner will typically deliver within 1-3 days, however we have no control over specific delivery times once it has left our premises.

All customer orders are carefully wrapped to ensure that products arrive safely and undamaged. Alcohol cannot be left unattended or with a person under the legal drinking age. All parcels will require a signature upon delivery.

At present we only ship to New Zealand. We cannot deliver to The Chatham Islands.
