  • 10ml Dolin Dry Vermouth
  • 10ml Olive Brine
  • Garnish - Gilda of Tītī

Start with a frozen coupe or Martini Glass, and combine ingredients over good ice. Stir, strain into a frozen coupe or Martini Glass, garnish.

An expression of our relationship to the sea and Bluff’s transitory nature. From the pre-colonial gathering of the kai moana to the export of meat. Bluff is always sending something somewhere over the sea. When in season, skip the olive brine & gilda, pour in a Bluff Oyster and a touch of the juice.
