  • 45ml Bluff Gin
  • 25ml Lime Juice
  • 20ml 1:1 Honey Syrup
  • 10ml Aqua Faba / Egg White or Cocktail Foaming Agent
  • East Imperial Soda Top

Chilled High Ball Glass.
Combine ingredients except Soda in a cocktail shaker.
Shake without ice, shake again with Ice.
Double Strain into an ice-filled Highball Glass.
Top with Soda Water
