Buoy Cutter
45ml Bluff Gin
25ml Lime Juice
20ml 1:1 Honey Syrup
10ml Aqua Faba / Egg White or Cocktail Foaming Agent
East Imperial Soda Top
Chilled High Ball Glass.
Combine ingredients except Soda in a cocktail shaker.
Shake without ice, shake again with Ice.
Double Strain into an ice-filled Highball Glass.
Top with Soda Water
